HP, Rory has called all of the PP investors (most of which are sophisticated, wealth investors that Rory has an existing relationship with) and none of them tell him they are selling (most haven't even registered their shares anyway).

If I were to guess, there is a smaller PP investor that came in in October of 2016 who is not as big a player and may be selling but he owns less than 1 million shares. My best guess it vendors. They gotta get paid and if we are paying them in stock then I expect they will sell almost immediately.
