Liquidity is already borderline and any reduction in supply will only make matters worse. This concerned me as soon as I read this offer but I cannot imagine too many coversions. I Think most who invested in the warrants in the secondary market or those that held still from the initial offer did so for the leveraging potential. If you think this stock goes to the teens then you lose out on a fair amount of gains.

Have any warrant holders taken this discounted conversion? If the warrants begin to trail the stock due to liquidity issues you can always buy more and convert assuming the bid/ask does crush you.
