First: Before I get trolls telling me I don't know what I'm talking about. I"m a newbie here and this is a hobby for me, looking for stocks under $1 for huge potential.
What I know: Bank of The Phippines is one of the oldest banks in PH, and is the least used bank there. Perhaps they are going through a merger? Maybe an insider is getting ahead of the game? Any Filipnos know whats going on? I'm open to ideas on this stock.
