Solid advice is to never buy solely based on upcoming M&A. With that said.....newly acquired DCTH Director Simon Pedder is also Chief Business and Strategy officer at Athenix (ATNX). ATNX just rolled out an offering raising approximately $75 million. DCTH just announced they are raising 7.2 million from "institutional investors". The newly filed prospectus specifically addresses partnerships.
