Received a tweet back concerning my question on the Q being filed within the time frame of the NT Late Q filing. Here is what they said.

Hello. The filing of the NT was due to holiday lag. We are expecting it to be filed and endorsed by the auditor within the team frame to prevent a late filing.

So we can expect the Q today or tomorrow based on the date of the NT filing, Jan 16, 2017

These cheap shares are a gift if the Q has some solid information in it.
