MIT I think it is really important especially now given the let-down Songbird thing, to make sure any new merger or acquisition is at a stage of completion or agreement. It would not be wise to jump the gun on such talks. I also believe the financials will be released on or about the time of new updates regarding such efforts. IMO

Now just speculation.. i do think we could be hearing something blockbuster. Just pure speculation at this time.

It is quite normal and standard practice for CEO's to go silent before a big release of info.
