Told you she increased the Authorized Shares in intentional violation of the Court Order. Did you ask Pacific Stock Transfer why it is recognizing the increase in Authorized Shares when the shareholders never voted to approve the increase in Authorized Shares?

I assume shareholders informed the transfer agent about this. Sounds like Pacific Stock Transfer doesn't care if it may be liable to shareholders.
