Hmmmmm...throwing out billions of shares when it is really only 10's of millions of potential conversions. Of course, they convert at 50% of the lowest 3 closes over a 20 day period, so this could be greatly reduced if the pps were to stabilize and creep up. My opinion is that the potential is worth the risk at this point and the market cap is dirt cheap. Loaded about 600k, and watching for developments to increase/decrease my position...at an appropriate price point.
