What made this go up?

You have any idea what made this go up?

I was surprised when I got a volume notification, checked the SP and very interesting that it went above .05 which was occasionally it's high for the past several months.

My VICA position is small so I'm not worried about it whatsoever but I do follow it somewhat.

Who knows, maybe one day they'll surprise people with something that helps the SP go above .10 which would be very cool.

It really is a shame the company could care less about how the stock performs.
I tried to explain to them how they need to play the OTC and use properly timed PRs to see this do well but my follow-up emails fell on deaf ears. They simply do not care which is a shame.

I think they take their 17,000 volume and just pocket it.
