No collateral per Se but the net proceeds from the $600 million Series B convertible preferred are held in an escrow account and can only be used to fund one or more acquisitions including the related expenses.

The 10Ks and 10Qs and the 8Ks do contain a lot of useful information so I would encourage to read those if you haven’t done so already.

The guarantee was terminated in 2015 so it no longer exists

Per today's Press Release, the Company "announced that it has completed the dissolution of its wholly-owned subsidiary WMI Investment Corp. ("WMIIC"). During the time period since the Company's announcement in 2016 of “beginning the process of dissolving this entity” till such time the Company announced WMIIC's complete dissolution was there any assets/cash returned to or passed through this entity?
