Are there stocks that only move on sec filings? Do not most stocks trade on what people expect what will happen, instead of what did happen?
Even if something is reported, does that give any guarantee it will happen again?
What’s the use of stock trading if you only go after things everybody knows will happen for sure? Wouldn’t that limit the chance of huge profit?
