I am taking 8 for his word and riding this train until until it stops.

So, the info about the $30K payment for San Felix is good info, in your opinion? Can you confirm? If true, then why is management telling certain investors stuff that all investors deserve to know? Seems unfair, to say the least.

Is there a cutoff for investors that don't need to know material info.....anybody below a million shares? Below 5 million shares? Where's the cutoff?
