There is no indication of any of this in the signed agreement between SEC and Treaty, all to the contrary.
SEC got everything they wanted and Treaty did not ask nor receive anything more than what was signed.

Please provide any other document that would prove your sayings.

Also there are rumors that TECO would intend to dark if they'd ever got back trading... Very stupid rumor... I will see that SEC hears that rumor that is apparently coming from one of the listed promoters.
