The after hours trade was a T Trade, which is how market makers report trades that occurred during the trading day but were, for whatever reason, not reported at the actual time they occurred. It could represent one trade or multiple trades.

Many posters on these boards will tell you that T Trades occur as the result of dilution, but I don't believe that is always the case.
