These are not mj plays. They are hemp playsno one should put them together because the laws are completely different hemp laws change almost yearly since 2014 when Obama signed the farm bill.

Right, so this is my confusion which no one seems to be able to answer? VATE and SIPC aren't MJ companies? Why would they benefit from the boom of legalization? I looked at both companies; is the theory that they would eventually deal in cannabidiol beverages? This is not clear at all from their respective websites? Then there are people who appear be complaining that these get dragged down with the MJ drama. But don't you want this association?

If someone with a clue can shed light for me on why these 2 companies will benefit from legalization that'd be appreciated. Or is the play simply during the MJ craze (which will come in the US, I agree on that point) will confuse MJ with HEMP?
