A friend of mine asked me today about buying a penny stock on the OTC market .

I told him that he needs to look for...

- Low float

- a reporting company

- Company preferably with product or patents or both

-Recent spike in volume

-Bullish chart... above the 50 and 100 averages..

- A good CEO that is not a crook..

- Has revenue and if not soon to do so

Then I thought oh wait all of the above NPHC has it...


I love how this is trading so far. Next week we are definitely leaving the .002xxx and into the .003xxx range.
