Nothing consistently positive (at least as regards trends in share prices) is going to happen for NNVC until there is a good reason for there to be new investing blood, and optimism that the company is about to begin a Clinical Trial.

Existing investors who still think the company has a good chance are dug in, generally quite a bit in the red, and have no good reason to sell if they have not done so already. Also they have no good reason to want to add more shares at present - as they are waiting for a positive signal as well.

No new investors are going to buy in at this stage - unless the company gives them a good reason to do so.

Any Bullish trend in the meantime is going to be short-lived or a head-fake.

Simple as that & anybody who thinks otherwise is not paying attention.
