It appears that he is trying to strip some IP out of the company for his own use. Once again, contrary to the hopes of the downtrodden, PN has no desire to step into and save the bankrupt company which he has now apparently sued. Rather, he would be thrilled to accept new and fresh money from any old EDIG shareholders who would like to place their bets on him in his new ventures, whatever they may be. Once again, Fred Falk, the Polis family, The Barnes clan, Elwood Norris, Ran Furman, etc., etc., any and all of these guys would be pleased to accept your new and fresh money to participate in the new and exciting ventures that they have planned. They all have counsel ready and willing to draw up the papers. Just tell them how much you want to invest.
