Is anyone concerned at all with a delay past September 1 for legalization?

Seems every article is making the assumption it will be by July 1, or a foregone conclusion it'll be legal sometime this summer. We have the former TD Bank dude being appointed. Health Canada forges on. Canopy raises $175M, opening up investment banking.

We've seen Sessions and now Israel throw some curve balls lately.

Is bill C-45 going to get ugly in the Senate over the next few weeks?

Just trying to gauge this as my portfolio is probably 50% cannabis, and could go to 100% soon.
