Not sure who said there wasnt any dilution. The situation here is right in the 8k from last week...theyre on the hook to LAM for approx. $950k payable in tranches of stock. First tranche was brought into thr market on Tuesday. Approx. $835k left after thst firdt tranche.

Its been posted over and over here though.
