Ok, So now I am really confused. Rossi is giving information to individuals and not all shareholders?!?!?

WOW, that makes it very obvious he doesn't know how to run a PUBLIC company - said another way PUBLICLY TRADED company, one that is suppose to give information to shareholders at the same time.

WOW if he doesn't know that basic bit of information, it makes sense, to me, that he wouldn't know how to run a Publicly traded company in general; one that gets the financials out in a timely fashion.

Obviously, he won't ever be playing with the big boys on the big boards, since he can't get out financials when they due, which by the way, BIG BOY companies are releasing information now.

Poor Little Rossi, can't play with the big boys in the real world.
