WORD AND RUNNIN,

I am willing to pay my share to obtain an attorney advice letter on the issue as to whether or not the reverse split vote is valid. I believe this is necessary because of the cavalier attitude taken by management concerning the shareholders that have funded this company to date. The compensation already paid to management is in my opinion excessive based on their performance.

Whether or not any legal action is necessary at the present time depends in part on whether the vote concerning the reverse split is valid.

You may be correct that no legal action is possible at this time but it seems clear to me that the majority of shareholders who voted absent the brokers did not approve a reverse split. The company's attempt to move forward with the reverse split when it is clear that the voting shareholders were against this activity is further evidence of managements cavalier attitude towards its shareholders. Up to this point in time there has been no consequence to management for their actions. I at least want to begin the process of holding them accountable especially if the vote was illegal.
