Actually, New Jersey, not New York, where I'm afraid Gov. Cuomo is too busy positioning himself for a Presidential campaign to pay a lot of attention to what his constituents actually want.

The new Gov of NJ, Murphy, has been in favor of legalization since his campaign began and the Legislature there seems to be on board. And it makes perfect sense for a high tax state that desperately needs money for crumbling infrastructure and to help meet state pension obligations (in a saner world, Christie would be on his way to prison).

Politics aside, other states will follow suit fairly quickly (I think VA is going to vote on it soon) and the need for variable strength THC will be XXII's entry into a very lucrative market.
