NEWS. Reverse Merger in process
Just not with AFTC….. If you are here because of a promise of millions of dollars from non-existent patents, or of a reverse merger...it ain't happening. The information about R/Ms and patents owned is false and misleading.

I've owned millions of shares for nearly 10 years. I'd love to get out of this at a breakeven, but not by relying on misleading and fake information.

I, and several other individuals as well as legitimate and established alternative fuel companies have attempted to talk with the widow (acting CEO) about R/M, buyout or partnerships. The widow has ignored everybody. She walked away from the Company in 2014 and never looked back. So, it's possible that she might change her mind, and it's also possible that the earth might roll out of orbit; but unlikely.

Her home address and former Corporate Office address is listed in the intro. Send her a letter; go knock on her door. Be advised, however, she doesn’t respond to emails because as she actually stated, “I don’t read emails because people say mean things to me.”

One last point. reverse mergers are steadily down from 300/yr in 2010 to 75 in 2017 because of the revised S.E.C. RegA now called RegA+ which makes getting Listed much easier.
