McClintock-Polis Amendment fails to receive vote by House Rules Committee, looks like another bloodbath for marijuana stocks today.

The amendment would have prevented the Department of Justice to use funds from Congress to enforce federal laws on activities that are legal under state law with regard to marijuana.

So federal interference into state marijuana laws is still up for grabs. American Green, even though they don't really have any stake in the marijuana market, could see another down-slide on this news.
