That's ridiculous. Here's the facts:
If you look at their quarterly filings between July and December, they have added 2 million shares to their outstanding balance (see below).
Ending June 30th, 2017 = 9,911,864 shares and 7,112,143 shares issued and outstanding as of June 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016, respectively
Ending September 30th, 2017 = 11,426,754 shares and 9,911,864 shares issued and outstanding as of September 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016, respectively
And that was BEFORE they had the huge spike in volume of over 20 Million shares traded in December. With that event alone, I estimate that they sold at least 10 million shares x $1.50/each = $15 Million.

You also claimed that Areva isn't contributing any money to the JV. Why? According to your logic, it's because LTBR has to pay AREVA $3.3 Million. But that doesn't mean that AREVA isn't contributing anything to the JV. You're just assuming that...which is ridiculous.

Lastly, you criticized the Pace report because it "does not discuss pre-fabrication enrichment issues nor does it mention that metal fuel melt down issues."
But that wasn't the reason I posted the Pace Report. I posted that report because you claimed that LTBR's "fuel concept has no commercial promise". The Pace report proved that you were completely wrong because LTBR's metallic Fuel would have a huge commercial impact on practically all of the nuclear power plants around the world.
Obviously, you're playing a game of bait-and-switch. You say one thing, and when someone proves you wrong, you'll switch to another subject and pretend your previous statement never existed.
