A little DD will tell one that Bruce came onboard in 1999 under a two year retainer to restructure the company and never left. Then he slowly took over the company and fired everyone to make it his personal piggy bank . I have stated these facts too many times in the past, but I guess once more will not hurt.

So he has been continuously involved in this company over 18 years like it or not those are the facts and each year you can add one additional year.
