Gomey, As far as your concern about dilution, just double check if issued shares were normal "paid-for-option-compensation", and if it was all previously disclosed. I believe we knew all about it ahead of time.

If you don't have a chance, I will look into it.

Also, if I recall, they have issued no S3 shares. The last S3 expired in August 2017, and they have not filed for another S3.
