So, they have not been issuing new shares. That leaves PP holders, people with Christmas bills they can't handle or Kodiak (or it could just be MMers playing with us but that seems less likely now than a few months ago).

I am in regular contact with Rory and Jeff and they are running an incredibly tight ship over there. I have immense respect for their tenacity, drive and desire to make this company successful (and neither takes a salary right now so they are either blood-pact serious or crazy). If they are crazy then so are all of us so I choose to believe the former rather than the latter.
