That sucks, even Fidelity has turned into a Pita, and will not let you buy any penny stock that is late on SEC reporting (when the stock is cheap as a result), Total BS. Move to Charles Schwab, they let you buy, no problem, but good luck moving your shares between brokers, none of them are wanting to let us do that, only way to move shares is sell them, move the cash and buy back at the other broker. I am sure it is a big broker stock conspiracy to kill penny stocks and milk small firms for up listing and reporting costs so they can kill them with convertible debt the banksters make a fortune on.
May be close to time for us to do a class action law suit!!! Only problem so far with CSchwab is they take forever to clear deposits to let you buy penny stocks. I get instant credit at Fidelity moving cash with electronic transfers, CSchwab takes 3 stinking working days. But they have the lowest trade prices and are the only one that is safe that I know of, that will let you buy late or non reporting penny stocks.
