In my humble opinion...with no formal announcement and with all that's going on at FCEL now and no one in the VP Investor Relations position it would seem #2 is likely....especially when you consider the qualifications/responsibilities required for the VP Investor Relations position on FCEL's website.

When I emailed him about providing shareholders and the public with more PR updates....follow up progress from previous statements made on Conference Calls...I received a generic corporate reply stating FCEL provides Press Releases on material events.
