Some pretty solid dilution happening here. From what I see the note is almost done. Their books show 550k worth of near term debt. at .20 thats about 2.75 million shares at zero discount. I cant seem to find the discount rate on these conversions. the large 500k one shows a zero % interest but the other 50k I would imagine around 50%

500k = 2.5 million shares.

50k = 500k shares assuming a 50% discount

3 million shares need to be added to the float. Yesterday was about 600k and today we are nearing 400k.

Just a few more days an this will be working back to .30 cents plus
