perhaps you have never had to undergo the scrutiny of a large controls retrofit where the utility company is involved. the constant pressure to meet the projected savings. the constant having to answer questions by professional consultants as to the effectiveness of operations. the constant pressure to bring down the power factor, demand limit, as well as overall KWH usage. too funny :)
