$RGSE RGS Energy (RGSE +3.2%) jumps after Iroquois Capital Management discloses a 6.3% active stake and confirms a cooperation agreement with the company regarding solicitation of proxies in opposition to the election of directors.

Iroquois says it will vote in favor of the election of RGSE’s director nominees and approve an increase in the number of shares authorized for issuance and that a participant may receive in a fiscal year.

The company also says it completed 2017 with "strong sales growth, achievements and milestones" following its focus on multi-project commercial customers as its commercial sales pipeline rose to $33.9M.
