be prepared and provided to the Company’s independent accountants
early enough to allow for the completion of the legal review of the
financials statements prior to the prescribed due date. Thus, the company
requires additional time as requested by our accounting and management
team to properly complete and file its Quarterly report for the period
ended November 30, 2017.
