Almaden Minerals' stock behavior

I find the behavior of the Almaden stock really interesting. Seems it doesn't move according to news or recent developments.
For example, there has been a lot of recent news about serious community opposition to the Almaden's flagship project. Given that the company is trying to get its permits, you would think that the stock price would move down a bit. The news made me nervous but the market is not reflecting. Maybe it will also catch up later with the bad news.
