In Maryland, the minimum wage will rise to $10 and change this year, if it isn't there already, and there is a push to get to $15 by 2022. This is going to be a disaster for the working poor, and for people in the home-services industry--lawn care, painting, etc., etc. It is going to be a YUGE incentive for small business people to hire illegals. Middle class people will pay more for services. And, if U go to a fast-food joint, expect to order on a computer.
IMO, U don't pay $15 an hour to people who have no skills.
