statement "CBIS does NO MJ business in CA". What you posted may (or may not) be accurate, but it doesnt address the question. Does this company have a cannabis based business in CA or not?

BTW I do know kshb is not in the industry. CBIS is a pharma-biotech wannabe. KSHB is a packaging company. A bit like comparing Genetech to USA packaging, because one makes drugs and the other makes packaging to ship them in.
