Slight decrease in assets (depreciation) while much larger decrease in liabilities. Some notes paid off.
Decrease in cash is more than offset by increase in payments due from third party.
Net income.

All looks totally awesome. Assuming numbers can be trusted looks great on paper. I'm surprised no one is buying. I'm looking to unload some other holdings to double my position here.
