I agree with your post 100% - The Million Dollar questions, "Where are the Legal Beagles willing to pursue a class action on behalf of investors here?" OR "Where are the criminal charges or SEC Investigation?"

How is Berman getting away with this and for so long? I admit it, I did not do enough DD and drank the Kool-Aid but nothing more than what a reasonable person would have done - I want to see Berman held accountable!!!

This recent "global announcement" is another JOKE! Where are the SALES?
