For what's it's worth, I've seen this happen with another penny stock but even far more law firms filing suit. It went on for a couple of months, things died down and it was over for the most part. I think that it is usually ambulance chasing the second any penny stock issues a PR stating that something in their financial statements had to be revised. So IMO it can often be a buy opportunity as the price suffers a bit with all of the PR's being issued. I'd like to hear other opinions on this as well.
