Lot's more to it than "grasping at straws". Lot's more.

If an application was denied, there would be a record of it for shareholders. As it is, shareholders really never know and are at the mercy of scams who PR that they have applied but NEVER PR that they abandoned the Application.

Thus shareholders are "on the hook" for years sometimes.

I love Carrots. But that is just my opinion. Like all of my posts are just my opinion. As in "MY OPINION ONLY".
