An attempted lawsuit is BS until/unless SEC finds anything other than their current observation which is "the price went crazy because some people have crypto madness".



Read the SEC suspension notice. That is NOT what the SEC said. They were very specific on why they suspended the stock.

"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of The Crypto Company because of concerns regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace about, among other things, the compensation paid for promotion of the company, and statements in Commission filings about the plans of the company’s insiders to sell their shares of The Crypto Company’s common stock."

In other words, the SEC is saying insiders manipulated the price higher in order to secretly dump stock. All of which is fraudulent.

And FINRA is taking credit for referring the wrong doing they found over to SEC which resulted in the suspension. That almost guarantees that FINRA and the SEC have specific proof of the fraud contained in the allegations.
