I think we get it, and quickly this time. I'm calling a serious bet on Patent Grant in less than 2wks(!), by the time HBO's Vice episode hits the air promoting Bravatek, DarkPulse and their many cybersecurity solutions our nation and allies around the world will begin implementing.

Qadeer&Treleavan narrowed the scope/claims purposefully (from ten to six) to get it thru QUICKLY and EASILY and GRANTED this time(!), reserving their right to add the shelved-for-now claims to it at a later date. I'm psyched!

They present very good arguments against the "obviousness" rulings and 'mea culpa' to the examiners first rejection and suggestion and BRILLIANTLY amended the #1 Keystone (independent) Claim (Claim 1) that the rest are dependent on.

The BRILLIANT amendment of Claim 1 is what the rely on to convincingly (IMO) argue against suggestions of obviousness based on "hindsight bias".

It's a homerun, IMO.

Imagine...E1 patent granted then soon to follow the 10Q showing millions in revs then budget resolution and bomb drop of BillyDollarDISAdeal then the ASR announcement immediately following as the chaser. Whew!

It CAN happen. It just takes one (1) large Fed Gov't contract.

Anybody guess yet or hear any scuttlebutt of who/what will be DISA's "new email gateway infrastructure" to replace their GLOBAL MAIL.MIL email system currently based on old, antiquated, technologically and architecturally limited MS Exchange email server systems which puts our country and troops in serious danger from an email originated cyber-attack??

This is to be "in place by July, 2018". Hmmmm.....

p.s. - The "new math" for the $2.4MM worth of 100K Preferred shares that can only be sold back to the company(!)...well, FYI...the $24 share price redemption is NOT an "arbitrary" number plucked for no reason out of thin air as some suggest NOR are they Preferred shares solely to protect HelpComm from pps depreciation. That's utter nonsense.
