Julia Sozina is a VP/Director of the parent company. Could the "stake" be in the parent company, not NDOL? Just trying to pose some questions so the confusion can be cleared up. Frankly I am quite confused as to which company is involved here.

If the parent company makes the deals, could that still leave NDOL out of the game?
