The whole point of the Helpcomm acquisition is to be able to show “revenue” on BVTK’s income statement. They are paying for that with $2.4 million worth of future dilution. Will it give the stock a bump? Perhaps.

But this is what OTC tickers do. They find modest businesses that are are struggling on some level and offer some stock in the ticker. Sometimes it is only announced and never closes...but the pump value lasts a little while. Sometimes they close but get rescinded after some period of time for any number of reasons.. Othertimes they close on the deal...but they eventually die like the Viking “acquisition” did.

The question is whether Helpcomm actually makes money or not. And nobody will know that for some time until after the deal closes.

Not sure how a software company fancies itself a construction contractor...remarkably different businesses...but anything to get some numbers on that top line wink
