Stamper is just a paid service, a front for the company. He probably does IR for multiple startups or small companies. I really don't think he knows more than we do and basically gets his information from the same sources. And as an IR guy he should really be actively chasing investment money, that's the job of an IR guy, which means he should be intimately informed! But in this case it's just a number to call and a phone that gets answered, nothing more.
