In general anything that shows up on the daily list is supposed to go into effect the next day. Otherwise it wouldn't show up there. I have never seen any exception on RS or any of that other stuff that is coming up there. Now I have little experience how it is with the divis and the ex-dates and I'm not sure if company divis could show up with their ex-date more than one day in advance. Obviously that was the case with CCGY right?
