I don't think we will ever see those rates in our life times again and I remember it well. I sold some timber on 80 acres I had in the Ozark's and put it in a CD in a Bank at 16.5% LOL

I will be amazed if we get back to 4 the base rate people expect from banks and Life insurance policies?

At any rate Baring a War or something major I expect the Market to fair well for a year or two depending just how high and fast it continues to rise without a correction?
