Nothing other than...... An amendment to the Company’s articles of incorporation in order to increase the authorized common stock of the Company from 1,500,000,000 shares to 6,000,000,000 shares and to increase the authorized preferred stock of the Company from 5,000,000 shares to 60,000,000 shares.

Maybe Doug is going blockchain? Why the increase? He’s been way too quiet!
